Kim has held her real estate license since 1990 and has helped clients with transactions from single wides to multi-million dollar properties. There is little in the world of real estate that Kim hasn’t seen. She also recognizes that every transaction and every client is unique. Since starting Kim Barton Group, Kim hasn’t slowed down and is still the primary realtor for nearly 100 clients each year. Jerry Barton
CFO
Jerry’s background is in finance & project management. He plays a vital role on our team, and for you is a second set of eyes on your bottom line. Jerry always is there to provide us with rational and number driven analyses & keeps us focused on achieving our goals. He prides himself on being a practical &
rational thinker who enjoys problem solving, risk mitigation and project execution. When he is not working, Jerry enjoys spending time with his family and two border collies. He loves his boat, fishing, crabbing, hunting, a good game of golf and tailgating at Ravens games!
Noah Young
Realtor
Noah grew up in the Baltimore area, so this city has always felt like home. He loves exploring new spots, whether it’s a great restaurant, a hidden gem, or an up-and-coming neighborhood. Real estate gives Noah the chance to share that passion, to help people find the right place, stay on top of market trends, and get to know Baltimore on a deeper level.
His faith in Jesus is the foundation of everything Noah does, and he brings that same heart for people into his work. He’s a hard worker, always up for a good conversation, and committed to making the real estate process as easy and stress-free as possible. When he’s not working, you can usually find Noah spending time with his wife, Bella, playing golf or soccer, or out and about in the city.

Daniel Willard

Dan has a long history in customer service, from working at the Chick-fil-A in Hunt Valley to serving as a grocery store manager for six years, experiences that have equipped him to provide the utmost care to his clients. Dan became a real estate agent to learn new things and to help people navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. He is proud to be part of the Kim Barton Group, drawn to their commitment to supporting their community through programs like Rebuild Metro and their support of charities such as Charity Water.
Active in his local church, Mountain Christian, where his wife Joanna serves as a Welcome Pastor, Dan also loves spending time with his two beautiful children and enjoys playing board games of all kinds with friends.

Feyi Talabi
Realtor
Feyi was born and raised in Baltimore, MD, and brings a unique combination of real estate experience and analytical expertise to her clients. As a dual-career Data Analyst and Realtor, she uses her attention to detail and problem-solving skills to help clients make informed decisions throughout the homebuying process. Feyi earned her MBA in Management from Rowan University, where she also worked in property management during graduate school.
Feyi became a Realtor because she truly believes everyone should have the opportunity to become a homeowner. She is especially passionate about helping first-time buyers navigate the process and understand their options. Active in her church, Union Church, Feyi hosts a first-time homebuyer informational group several times a year. Outside of real estate, she enjoys collecting vinyl records and regularly attending concerts.

Alexis first joined the team in 2019 as Kim’s executive assistant & has since transitioned to our marketing director. She is deeply involved with our database & if you’ve come to any of our events- she made it happen.
Alexis is a homeowner, just in Oregon! Her spare time is spent adventuring with her family, working outside & completely remodeling her home!
Charlie Kalvar

Charlie is a university sophomore and a graduate of the Park School of Baltimore. He joined us as a summer intern in 2026 looking to learn more about the world of real estate as it was a field he is interested in pursuing. Charlie quickly was an asset to our team. He is studying hard and already working towards his MD real estate license on top of his college course work.
