Kim has personally flipped homes and knows the process from all sides of the transaction. From picking and buying a property to what renovations will net you the most return, the Kim Barton Group is your asset during the entire process of flipping a home.
From the very beginning, we can help you choose the right property, decide what renovations will net you the most profit, and find the right vendors along the way. Whether you want to do it all yourself or want us to handle the process, we are here to help you through it all.
After renovations are done, you have multiple options that we can help you evaluate. Maybe you want to sell it, maybe you’ve decided to move into it, or maybe you want to rent it out. We’ve got you covered no matter what you choose to do!

Rebuild Metro
ReBUILD Metro’s mission is to restore the history and prosperity of neighborhoods by rebuilding homes and fostering enduring community relationships, with a focus on long-distressed neighborhoods in East Baltimore. We rebuild clusters of scattered-site single-family properties into for-sale and rental homes at a range of affordability levels. We supplement these projects by building affordable multi-family developments, storefronts for nonprofits and entrepreneurs, and sustainable parks and greenspaces. We also provide a range of services and resources to help ensure families in our communities thrive, including homeownership training, emergency food resources, and civic engagement opportunities. Through this holistic series of community development programs, we work to ensure that everyone in the communities we serve has a decent and affordable home in a stable and safe environment.
ReBUILD Metro worked with us on their revitalization of the 1700 block of E Biddle Street. The whole block was brought back to life with 8 homes that were completely renovated and brought to market. Currently ReBUILD is focused on a section of Johnston Square where 13 new & rehabbed homes have already come to market along with 60 affordable apartments. The work is far from done with 5 homes expected to be finished this year!
