Charity Water
We started our partnership with Charity: Water in the spring of 2021 when the global water crisis affected 771 Million people worldwide every day. After years of spreading the word, our community alone has raised over $43.6k, which has and is serving over 1,000 people. Today the global water crisis still affects 703 million people. Clean & safe water truly changes lives and creates exponentially growing benefits for the communities served. Every dollar really counts in this fight, in fact just $40 is the average cost to bring clean & safe water to one person for life. We are proud to donate for every home sale we close. Want to learn more? Read more about our CW journey on our About page or check out our Charity Water Profile, where you can join us in the fight for clean & safe water. Giving through our fundraisers will provide you with more detailed information on exactly where your money goes. We will share with you updates on the specific project you’ve helped fund and even share pictures of the people you’ve helped.
Our Partner – Rebuild Metro
ReBUILD Metro is a non-profit dedicated to the regeneration of Baltimore City without displacing legacy residents. They strive to create thriving and income-diverse neighborhoods by strengthening a neighborhood through revitalization of entire blocks at a time. Starting with enduring community relationships ReBUILD invests in these communities with a long-term commitment aimed at driving generational wealth. While their goal is to build generational wealth through homeownership they recognize that many need a path to homeownership to guide them- which is where ReBUILD Metro’s Path To Own program comes in providing education and counseling to help make dreams reality. The community ReBUILD is working in currently is Johnston Square where 13 new & rehabbed homes have already been brought to market and 60 affordable apartments- but the work is far from done.
